Reflexology
Reflexology is a natural and drugless way
to restore health to the whole body. Reflexologist believe there are 10 energy
zones throughout the body and also that there are points on the feet that correspond
to internal organs, glands and body parts. Reflexology uses massage and pressure
to these reflex areas to assist the body in healing itself. It also creates
a feeling of relaxation and well-being. Some clients go into a deep tranquil
state and often fall asleep.
Our feet take a beating, they hold up our bodies and move us around. Reflexology
is a wonderful tool to revitalize them and thank them for all of their hard work.
